County Cork (Blarney Castle, Copper Coast Geopark)
The South of Ireland, often referred to as the Sunny Southeast, is known for its mild climate and lush, green landscapes. The region is home to Cork, Ireland’s second-largest city, and Waterford, the country’s oldest city. The Copper Coast and Youghal offer beautiful coastal views, while the Blackwater Valley provides a serene, rural escape. This is the region for those who want to enjoy both city life and countryside relaxation, with plenty of beaches, historic castles, and charming villages along the way.
